By clicking on ‘Apply’ tab, I am expressing my interest in availing a credit facility from Luxepolis EMI Financing Partner Companies ("Financing Companies") including a credit facility for purchasing the products on Luxepolis. I hereby confirm that I
(i) am at least 18 years of age,
(ii) can understand, read and write in the English language,
(iii) have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. I hereby confirm and agree:
a) That I will be redirected to Financing Companies website to complete my credit application and provide further details;
b) Luxepolis is authorised to share with Financing Companies, any and all information provided by me in relation to this application for availing the credit facility from Financing Companies; That I hereby authorise Financing Companies to contact me and communicate with me over emails, telephonic calls, or SMS on the mobile number mentioned in this application, or through any other communication mode in relation to this application whether I am registered as a Do Not Disturb / Do Not Call customer with Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (“TRAI”) or any telecom service provider. I confirm that I shall not challenge the receipt of such communications as unsolicited communication at any time under the TRAI Regulations on Unsolicited Commercial Communications;
c) That Luxepolis shall be solely responsible for all products, services or offers provided by Luxepolis and I confirm that I shall not hold Financing Companies responsible or liable for the same.
