Description:
Mont Blanc Rouge Et Noir (M) Nib
In June 2000, Montblanc released the new Rouge Et Noir collection as a tribute their original name, today known as the Boheme collection. Unknown to Montblanc at the time, the words Rouge Et Noir were not their intellectual property. Montblanc issued an immediate recall of all the pens and then reintroduced them several months later as the Boheme collection. The noticeable difference between the Et Noir model and the Boheme model ballpen is the single - solid band stating "Rogue et Noir". The current model displays "Boheme" in one large band, flanked on each side by a smaller, pin-stripe band. It is estimated that less than 490 of these “Rouge Et Noir" pens were sold before being recalled - in essence, making them more collectible than most Montblanc limited edition pens.
Collectors condition : Unused , Uninked with Box & Outer Sleeves
