Shipping & Delivery

All our deliveries are serviced through well-reputed couriers. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your package’s tracking number as well as the name of the courier company that is processing your order. You can use the tracking number to track the status of your package on the courier company’s website.

Luxépolis delivers products throughout India, we cover all PIN codes for pre-paid orders. There may be certain PIN codes where we not have cash-on-delivery service.


We offer Express Shipping (or Airborne Shipping Service) for all the shipments. From the 1st of October, 2016, in order for us to extend superior service quality and exceptional shipment delivery experience, we started charging shipping & handling fees:

For the order amounts equal to or under Rs.30,000, shipping & handling fee is Rs. 200

For the order amounts above Rs.30,000, shipping & handling fee is Rs. 470

We dispatch most orders within 1-2 business days (i.e. excluding Sundays and public holidays) for products that are in stock. Incase of products that need to be procured from the seller, the products are dispatched after the merchandise has been received by Luxépolis and is successfully validated, authenticated and refurbished. In such cases the product is shipped between 3-15 working day of receiving the product at the Luxépolis authentication center. Our customer care team will be constantly in touch with you through the transaction process, until the transaction is successfully completed.


 

Returns & Exchanges

We offer 100% hassle-free exchange or returns experience. We arrange for reverse pick-ups. Luxepolis is proud to have 100% customer satisfaction


The Buyer must contact Luxépolis via email (vip@luxepolis.com) for replacement/return must be made within 3 (three) days of the delivery of the Product and any claim/request for replacement/return beyond the period of 3 (three) days shall not be accepted.

International shipments can't be returned. At best, Luxepolis will help list and resell it expeditiously.

Returns are not allowed for products viewed in person (open deliveries) and paid in full or partially

All Products Marked as Final Sale Can't be returned. Luxepolis team can provide as many pics as possible upon request via Whatsapp +91 961 991 7212 for you make a decision

Luxepolis will provide a replacement, if available, or refund for the Products which fulfil the replacement terms.

Replacement of any product shall be subject to the terms of the website and the Product description on the Website. Replacement/refund will not be provided incase the product has any damages due to misuse of Product by the Buyer; any Product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the Product delivered; Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers. The Buyer shall not tamper with the Product, authentication stickers during any procedure of cancellation and replacement/return or refund.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation before shipping:

If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can either cancel the order online or by contacting our Customer Support Team via phone (+91 80 80 80 6827 ) or email (support@luxepolis.com). In such cases, the order will cancelled and the money will be refunded to you.

Cancellation after shipping:

If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please get in touch with our Customer Support team and do not accept the delivery of the order. Once we receive the order back and verify its packaging/condition, we will refund your money

If Luxepolis couldn't serve an order for any reason beyond the control of Luxepolis, even after giving our best, Luxepolis reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the money in case of a pre-paid order.

Refunds:

In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the refund within 14 days. In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse. For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 14 days of us receiving the products back. It may take 3-5 additional days for the amount to reflect in your account. For cash on delivery transactions, we will issue you a cheque in the name and address as specified in the billing details or do the bank transfer with the refund amount within 14 days of us receiving the products back.

If Luxepolis couldn't serve a confirmed order for any reason beyond the control of Luxepolis, even after giving our best, Luxepolis reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the money in case of a pre-paid order.

Product reservation fee or product blocking fee shall not be refunded.

International orders once confirmed can't be refunded. At best, Luxepolis will offer 100% site credits for up to 2 years.

Effective from 1st November 2018, all return refunds will carry 4.7% charges or Payment gateway fees (whichever is higher) towards consignment shipment and handling expenses. Luxepolis is however happy to offer 100% credit notes via email that you can use anytime
